What host and port do I enter?

The host is gate.coxvpn.online for every proxy.

Use port 6100 for HTTP or HTTPS and 6200 for SOCKS5. Your proxy username starts with cx (for example cx7r3t8wd), and you'll find it with the password in My info > My passes. Prefer not to use a password? Put up to 10 IPv4 addresses on the allowlist, and connections from those addresses are let in directly.
