Set the quantity and options, then send it to the cart. Checkout draws on the balance you use for VPN passes. Once paid, the status reads Activating, then Active.

Static IPs come from the country chosen at checkout, and nobody else shares them during your period.
What's fixed in a static ISP order?
The fixed parts of every order.
- Provider-registered IPs that run on servers
- No rotation and no sharing until the term ends
- 60 countries to choose from, one per order
- Between 1 and 1,000 IPs in an order
- Terms of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months
What does each IP cost?
The monthly price per IP depends on how many you order. Terms of 3, 6 and 12 months take 3%, 6% and 10% off, the result is rounded to the cent, and the whole term is charged at checkout.
For example, 5 IPs for one month total $1.25. 10 IPs for 3 months come to $6.60, which is $0.22 per IP a month.
- Order 1-9 and each IP is $0.25 monthly (1-month price)
- Order 10-49 and each IP is $0.23 monthly (1-month price)
- Order 50-249 and each IP is $0.21 monthly (1-month price)
- Order 250 or more and each IP is $0.19 monthly (1-month price)
How is it different from residential and datacenter?
Residential IPs come from people's homes, so one can disappear the moment a router is switched off. Datacenter IPs never go dark, but they belong to hosting companies, and many sites flag those ranges. Static ISP takes a piece of each: provider registration like a home line, uptime like a server.
No other customer uses the address during your term, so its reputation on any site is shaped only by what you do with it.
How do I connect?
Pick the country and the number of IPs on this page, then add the order to your cart. After you pay, it sits in My passes. When it says Active, connect to gate.coxvpn.online on port 6100 (HTTP, HTTPS) or 6200 (SOCKS5).
zone-isp alone is enough in the username, since you chose the country when buying. Adding cc or sid won't switch you to a different IP. Prefer no password? Allowlist as many as 10 IPv4 addresses that belong to you.
What do people use it for?
Giving each of several accounts a home address that doesn't move, as long as the platform allows it. Monitoring a site for months where looking like the same returning visitor matters. Giving an allowlist-based service one source IP that won't change.
No CoxVPN proxy may be used for spam, fraud, credential stuffing or similar abuse. The terms of each site you visit apply as well.
