Put CoxVPN on your devices
Phones, computers and Android TV get an app; a router takes a WireGuard config file. Whichever you use, sign in with your email and password or your token.
Downloads open only to paying customers.
After you pay for a VPN pass, the Get the apps tab in My info explains how to download. The device apps and the router config file are both still being built.

How many devices does a pass cover?
Basic covers 6 devices at the same time, Plus 10 and Pro 12. A router counts as one, no matter how many devices connect through it.
Setting up your devices
Where do I get the apps?
Apps are available to accounts with a VPN pass. Once your pass starts, My info > Get the apps lists every supported device. The apps are still in preparation, so each item currently says the file is not ready yet. As each one is finished, its download steps will appear in that spot.
After installing, log in with the same method you used on the site, either email and password or your account token.
How many devices can I use?
Put CoxVPN on every device you have. What we count is devices online together. Basic allows 6, Plus allows 10, Pro allows 12.
A router does not run our app. It gets a WireGuard file. Any router that speaks WireGuard can take it, and then the TV, console and everything else on that network ride the VPN while counting as one slot.
Common questions
Can I try the app before I buy?
No, downloads open only after you buy a VPN pass. If you want a safety net, ask within 7 days and the first pass on your account goes back to your balance as a refund.
Can I find CoxVPN in the App Store or Google Play?
Not at the moment. For now the plan is to offer the apps through the Get the apps tab in My info.
I got a new phone. What now?
Once the apps are released, install CoxVPN on the new phone and log in the same way as before. Your old phone stops counting toward the limit once it is disconnected.
Where should I start?
Start with the device that joins outside Wi-Fi most often, usually a phone or a laptop. Once it connects fine, move on to the next device. To cover a TV or game console without installing anything, set up your router.
