Refund Policy

Not happy with your first VPN pass? Ask within 7 days and the price returns to your balance. The rules and exceptions are below.

Updated 2026-11-03

1. What can be refunded?

Your account's very first VPN pass, as long as the request reaches us no later than 7 days after you bought it. Any tier and any term qualify.

Each account gets this one time only. Later passes aren't covered, and neither are requests sent on day 8 or after.

Proxies are handled differently. An order that never gets activated is credited back to your balance at its full price. GB, days or IPs that were already activated can't be refunded.

2. In what form do I get it back?

Back to your CoxVPN balance, in full. The refunded pass ends as soon as the refund is processed.

Refunded balance can't be withdrawn or sent to a wallet. It has no expiry, so you can spend it on a later pass or a proxy order.

3. How do I request one?

Before the 7 days are over, log in and write to us in My info > Contact us. Telling us what didn't work for you is optional, though it helps us.

4. What if a top-up didn't arrive?

A top-up isn't a purchase, so the 7-day limit doesn't apply. If the coins left your wallet but your balance hasn't changed, send the TXID (the transaction ID your wallet shows) through Contact us. Once we find the payment on the chain, we credit it.

A payment in a different coin or network, or below the amount asked for, may not be credited automatically. We check those by hand, but we can't promise that every one can be recovered.

5. What about closed accounts?

An account we close for breaking the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy gets no refund of its remaining days or balance.

6. Revisions

Look at the top of the page for the date of the newest revision. Each purchase is handled under the version in effect on the day it was made.
