Pick from servers in 62 cities across 44 countries like turning a dial. WireGuard, a kill switch and no logs come with every pass. Choose 1 to 24 months and pay once.
Response times are sample values measured from Seoul.

Four things that just stay on
Kill switch
If the tunnel drops for a moment, your internet stops too, so your real IP never slips out.
WireGuard
Tunnels come up almost instantly and go easy on your phone battery. OpenVPN and IKEv2 are there too.
No activity logs
We don't keep the sites you visit or the data you send and receive.
7-day refund

01
Two products: which do I need?
A VPN pass routes everything your phone or computer sends through a server you pick in one of 44 countries. A proxy is set inside one program or browser, and you can buy four types: residential, unlimited residential, static ISP and datacenter.
You don't need separate accounts or balances for them. Add 12 months of VPN Plus and 25 GB of residential proxy to the same cart and a single payment settles it.
02
Basic, Plus or Pro: which one fits?
Basic, Plus and Pro use the same servers, WireGuard, kill switch, split tunneling and no-logs policy. The differences are the device limit and a few extra features.
Basic: 6 devices at once, enough for a phone plus a laptop. On a 24-month term it costs $2.58 a month
Plus: 10 devices, with ad and tracker blocking, malicious site blocking and Double VPN switched on. Good for a family, or when the TV joins in
Pro: 12 devices. It adds a dedicated IP in one of 10 countries and puts your messages first in line. Pick it when an office firewall has to allow your IP
03
How much does a longer term save?
We measure each discount against paying the 1-month price every month. Basic saves 31% over 3 months and 50% over 6. At 12 months the saving is 65%, and at 24 months it reaches 80%. On 24 months Plus is 73% cheaper and Pro 67%.
The term price leaves your balance once, when you buy, and nothing is charged again when it ends. Buy another pass while one is running and the new one starts the day the current one ends.
04
How does checkout with the cart work?
Cart lines stay in this browser even when you are logged out, so you can browse now and pay later. The cart holds up to 10 lines.
1Pick a VPN pass and term on the plans page, or an amount and options on a proxy page, and add it to the cart
2Check the total in the cart and log in. No account yet? Sign up at this step
3If your balance is short, top up the amount the cart shows
4Press Pay. The total leaves your balance in one charge, and a VPN pass starts right away
05
Paying in crypto: how do top-ups work?
Top-ups are crypto only. We accept seven coins: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and LTC. Counting networks, the payment window offers 12 options. The minimum is $5, and we don't take cards or PayPal.
Your top-up becomes a US dollar balance that never expires. It pays for VPN passes and proxies alike, but it can't be withdrawn back to crypto.
06
Email or token: which sign-up should I use?
Pick one of the two tabs at the top of the sign-up page. Whichever you choose, the account shops for the same products with one balance. Each IP is limited to 3 accounts.
Using an email
Choose an email and a password of 8 or more characters. We never send email, so there is no verification step and no password reset. Forget the password and the account can't be recovered.
Using a token
Opening the page creates a token beginning with cox_. Once you've copied it or downloaded it as a .txt file, check the box that says you saved it, agree to the terms, and you're in. There's no email, name or phone number to give, so nothing can recover a lost token.
How are login details handled?
Logins are never checked against your raw password or token. Each one is turned into a one-way hash, and we compare hashes when you log in.
07
Which server country should I pick?
There are servers in 62 cities across 44 countries, and every pass can use all of them. For speed, pick a city near you. For an IP in a certain country, pick that country.
Say your Korean banking app blocks logins from abroad while you are in Bangkok: switch to Seoul. Want to see US App Store prices? Switch to a US server. There is no limit on how often you change.
08
When do people use a VPN and proxies together?
A VPN sends all of a device's traffic through the server. A proxy only moves the program you set it in. So people keep the VPN on to protect their devices, and give proxies to the tool that tracks search rankings in several countries or the script that checks where ads appear.
Every proxy speaks both HTTP and SOCKS5 through one host, gate.coxvpn.online. A paid order sits at Activating until setup finishes and then flips to Active.
09
When and where can I get the apps?
We're building apps for Windows, Mac, iPhone and iPad, Android, Linux and Android TV, plus a router setup. You won't find them on the App Store or Google Play yet.
Once they are ready, accounts with a VPN pass that still has time left will see how to get them under My info > Get the apps. You log in to the app the same way you signed up.
10
How do refunds work?
Ask through My info > Contact us within 7 days and the first VPN pass on your account is refunded to your balance. This works one time per account.
Proxies have a separate rule. An order we fail to activate is credited back to your balance in full. Once traffic, days or IPs are live, that part stays paid.
VPN passes and proxies. A VPN pass is for your own devices: you pick a server from 62 cities in 44 countries, switch it on, and your traffic goes out to the internet from there. Proxies are for software that needs to send requests through other IP addresses, and there are four types. Both go into the same cart and are paid from one dollar balance.
QEmail or token account: which one?
Once you're logged in, they work the same. Email suits you if you already keep passwords in a password manager. A token suits you if you'd rather leave no contact details at all. You choose in the tabs on /signup, and neither one can be recovered if you lose it.
QWhat do I need for email sign-up?
An email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Tick the terms box and the account opens on the spot. We don't check the address or mail anything to it, so a typo goes unnoticed and a forgotten password can't be reset. Save the password somewhere safe before you close the page.
QHow do I open a token account?
Open the Token tab on /signup and your token is already waiting, in the form cox_XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Copy it or save it as a .txt file, then tick "I saved it" and the terms box. That is the whole sign-up, with no email, name or phone number. The token is your only key, so losing it means losing the account.
QHow do I log in next time?
The same way you signed up. Email accounts type the email and password. Token accounts paste the token into a single field, and capital or small letters don't matter because the form fixes them. There is no username sign-up or login on this site.
QHow many accounts can one IP open?
Three. A fourth sign-up from the same IP address is refused. The rule keeps bots from creating accounts in bulk. If several people share one connection, for example in a small office, explain the situation to us in the Contact us tab.
QSigned up. What do I do first?
Top up, then shop. Go to My info > Top up and add at least $5 in crypto. Then choose a VPN pass on /plans, put it in the cart and pay at /cart. The pass appears under My passes with its start and end dates.
QCould a VPN get me in legal trouble?
Almost everywhere it's fine. A handful of countries restrict or ban VPNs, so read the local rules before you travel to one of them. A VPN only changes the route your traffic takes. Anything illegal without it is still illegal with it, and our Acceptable Use Policy forbids that kind of use.
