Terms of Service

These terms apply to every VPN pass and proxy order bought on coxvpn.online. By opening an account you agree to them. Each section is a short question, so you can skim to the one you need.

1. What does CoxVPN provide?

Two separate things: VPN passes and proxies. A VPN pass lets the app wrap your device's traffic in an encrypted tunnel, carry it to the server you've selected (44 countries are on the list) and release it onto the internet at that point. Proxies are for programs: an order hands your software IP addresses that its requests go out from.

No matter the tier, you get the full server list, a choice of WireGuard, OpenVPN (UDP or TCP) or IKEv2, the kill switch, split tunneling and our own DNS that prevents leaks. Data use and speed are not capped. Basic, Plus and Pro differ in how many devices can connect at once and in extras like Double VPN and a dedicated IP.

2. How do accounts and logins work?

You register either with an email and a password of 8 or more characters, or with an account token that the sign-up page generates and shows you once. If you choose the token, we never learn your email, name or phone number.

We send no email of any kind. So there is no address check, no password reset and no way to resend a token. We also can't verify who owns an account, which means we can't restore access to one. Keeping your login safe is your job.

Your password or token works for whoever holds it, and what happens in the account is your responsibility. One IP address can open no more than 3 accounts.

3. How do the balance and top-ups work?

You pay for everything from a US dollar balance that you fill in advance. Top-ups go through the PayGate payment page in one of seven coins (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC), with a $5 minimum and a $5,000 maximum each time.

Balance never runs out on a timer, but it is locked to the account that paid it in: you can't withdraw it, swap it back to coins or hand it to another user.

A top-up is credited once the network confirms it. Paying with a different coin, network or amount than the payment page asks for can delay the credit or stop it from arriving.

4. How do the cart and checkout work?

Whatever you plan to buy goes into the cart first. It lives in your browser, has room for 10 lines, and is paid in a single charge to your balance. See /plans for pass prices and the pages under /proxies for proxy prices.

Each VPN pass pairs a tier (Basic, Plus or Pro) with a term of 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, paid up front in full. It starts right away, or on the end date of a pass you already have running.

Proxies (residential, unlimited residential, static ISP and datacenter) are not part of any VPN pass. A paid proxy order shows Activating until it is ready, then Active. If we can't activate it, the full amount returns to your balance.

5. Does anything renew automatically?

Nothing does. Your balance is charged only when you check out. A pass or proxy order that reaches its end date stops and stays stopped unless you buy more.

If you buy a pass while another is still running, the new one waits and starts when the first ends.

6. Apps and device limits

The apps and setup files are still being prepared. When they are ready, accounts with days left on a VPN pass will find them in My info > Get the apps. Program downloads are available to paying customers only.

Simultaneous connections are capped at 6 for Basic, 10 for Plus and 12 for Pro, and a router uses a single one of them. You may install on any number of devices, because only simultaneous connections are limited.

7. Are refunds available?

One refund per account is possible: the account's first VPN pass, requested within 7 days, returned as balance. For proxy orders and everything else, see the Refund Policy.

8. What isn't allowed, and what happens if I break the rules?

Don't use CoxVPN for anything the Acceptable Use Policy or the law that applies to you forbids. Some countries restrict VPNs, and checking your local rules is up to you.

Breaking these terms or that policy can lead to limits on the account, a suspension or closure. Days and balance left on a closed account are forfeited.

9. Where does our responsibility end?

We work to keep the servers available, but maintenance and events outside our control can interrupt the service.

Some websites block VPN connections, so we can't promise that a particular site will open. If something goes wrong on our side, our liability, where the law allows a limit, ends at the amount paid for your current VPN pass.

10. What if these terms are updated?

Updates follow changes in the service. Check the date at the top for the version in force; using CoxVPN after an update counts as accepting it.

11. Who answers questions about the terms?

We do. Send them from My info > Contact us.
