When is a server in the United States useful?
The US dial has six stops, from Seattle and Los Angeles in the west through Dallas and Chicago to Miami and New York in the east. Seen from Korea, the two West Coast cities tend to answer quickest. If the service you need lives on the East Coast, or you're in Latin America, New York or Miami makes more sense. Pro passes can also anchor their dedicated IP in the US.
