Connect with an IP in Spain

When is a server in Spain useful?

Madrid and Barcelona are our Spanish cities. RTVE and Spanish online banking are the usual reasons Spaniards abroad switch them on. From Latin America, people sometimes choose Spain to read the European edition of a news site or browse a store's Spanish catalog.
