Why would I want a fixed address?
Some systems only let in addresses on an approved list: an online store's admin page, a company remote desktop, a cloud server console. Ask the admin to add your dedicated IP, and those doors open wherever you connect from, even on a business trip.
It also helps with services that lock an account or ask for extra checks whenever the login IP changes. Ad platforms and team workspaces often behave this way.
Will I see fewer captchas?
Usually, yes. Sharing an exit with a crowd helps hide you. But when a site counts dozens of logins from one address, it gets wary and shows puzzles or blocks access.
A dedicated IP makes you look like a single, regular visitor, so those checks show up less often.
Which countries can I choose?
Choose the country the service already associates with you. For work tools, that is usually where the office or the server is.
- South Korea
- Japan
- Singapore
- Australia
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Germany
- France
- Netherlands
How do I get one?
Select Pro on the plans page, set the term, name the country you want the address in, and drop it in your cart. Once the cart is paid from your balance, we set the address up. Once the apps are out, it will appear on the server screen.
Use it for the jobs that need a fixed address. For everything else, connect to any shared server.
- Plans page: select Pro, set term and IP location, add it
- Cart: sign in, then settle it with your balance
- App (when released): server screen > Dedicated IP > Connect
